Potato Soup Recipe

2 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of grated carrot
1 tablespoon of chopped onion
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of celery salt
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
2 cups of hot milk
1 cup of mashed potatoes (or boiled potatoes put through a coarse sieve)

Saute gently in 2 T of butter, 1 T grated carrot and 1 T chopped onion.

Stir in 1 t salt, 1/4 t celery salt, 1/8 t pepper, 2 c hot milk, and 1 c of mashed potatoes.

Cook 20 minutes, stirring constantly.
