Really and truly, Miranda-Jo, I’m sure those folks down the corner at Ute Pass Historical Society will be just plain tickled to take your 2008 dues this month.  And, they’ve got all kinds of grand plans to put those funds to work  preserving local history  for your family and mine! Go on, dear! – just mail  your completed New/ Renewed Membership form with Dues to UPHS, P.O.Box 6875, Woodland Park, CO 80866.  And, tell ‘em I told ya so.” JW

A membership in Ute Pass Historical Society

is a solid investment in the future…

A UPHS membership is a gift treasured by a friend or loved one.                Our 2008 UPHS Membership Drive continues…

Say, did you get your favorite DAD                that special

FATHER’s DAY

 gift yet?

Hint: a UPHS membership doesn’t have to be              gift-wrapped.

Why, thanks for sharing, Jean-Waldo! I just placed my check in an envelope with my UPHS Membership form.  I’m going to drop it by their Gift Shop if that Office isn’t open just now, to save myself the postage.  That way I also get to chat with those friendly informative volunteer-types they’ve got, and hear their latest plans for preserving our heritage.  Neighbor, if you’ll finish your chores up now, you can stroll on down there with me, and pick up a new Walking Tour Map while checking out their Gift Shop at the same time. What do you say?  Let’s grab our boots ‘n go!” MJ

It’s time to plan your next shopping spree at Old Curiosity Gift Shop! Are you STILL looking for a one-of-a kind Father’s Day gift? Our Staff understands!

We offer an opportunity to browse and fulfill your gift list with one-stop shopping.  And, if you want to get lost in our book selection, neither our Docents nor your Dad will mind…

Join the effort to restore the historic “Stage Stop” or “Junction House” site, east of Woodland Park.
